Consultation

· Arrange a home/site visit at your convenience.

· Discuss you priorities and any technology you may already be interested in.

· Inform you of any products of which you may be unaware, but which we feel may be of interest.

Design

· Create a system proposal based on the consultation.

· Include different options at different price points if requested.

· Arrange a home/site visit to explain the proposed system and answer any questions.

· Make changes and then agree on the final system.

· Create a fully specified system plan with wiring plans and schematics as necessary.

Installation

· Co-ordinate work with any contractors that may be on site.

· Install basic and specialist cabling (1st fix)

· Installation of equipment (2nd fix).

· Connect, configure and test the full system.

· Fully explain and demonstrate the system to you.
